Russ is a native of Arkansas…but moved to North Alabama just over 12 years ago and knows the region well. He obtained a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Henderson State University in Arkadelphia, Arkansas and an Associate’s degree in Paralegal Studies from Orlando College in Orlando, Florida. With his 28 years of customer service experience, ranging from Retail Management to Manufacturing Management, he has excellent communication skills and tons of experience making sure customers are satisfied. Along with his customer service experience, Russ also has five years of residential construction experience leading a six-man team building custom homes. This experience and knowledge will be a huge asset in helping you find YOUR dream home!

Russ also served in the United States Army Reserves. He served as a Civil Affairs Specialist (38A), in the 431st Civil Affairs Battalion, at Camp Pike, Arkansas. He graduated on the Commandant’s List at Fort Bragg, North Carolina from the John F. Kennedy Special Warfare Center.

Russ lives in Athens with his wife (Christy), daughter (Amy) and their 3 dogs. In his spare time Russ enjoys watching his daughter play volleyball, traveling, canoeing, kayaking, fishing, and riding ATVs.
